Chelsea Bear
Soprano
For as long as she can remember, Chelsea has been excited by singing and performing. Having started her career early in the St Peter’s Chorale and Chamber Chorale, Chelsea now sings for the illustrious Lumen’s Chamber Choir, performing regularly across Queensland. Some notable choral performances include Rossini’s Stabat Mater with Opera Queensland and Beethoven’s Ode to Joy with the Queensland Symphony Orchestra. In addition to her choral experiences, Chelsea is an up-and-coming solo performer throughout Brisbane and is frequently hired to sing at private functions. Always looking to hone her skills further, Chelsea is currently completing her second year of her Bachelor of Music at the Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University where she studies under world-class Soprano Leanne Kenneally. Later this year, Chelsea will perform in the institution’s Val Machin scenes as a chorus member in Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin. Alongside her vocal studies, Chelsea is an avid dancer and currently works as a party princess for Princess Parties Australia.
