Charlotte Wright

Soprano

Charlotte Wright is an emerging Soprano in the world of opera and classical music. Her passion for music ignited during childhood as she participated in community choirs, orchestras, and local musical theatre and opera productions. Upon completing her Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (First Class Honours) in 2019, Charlotte moved to London where she began her vocal training with Marcus Van Dan Akker at the Royal Academy of Music (RAM) under scholarship and collaborated with Head of Voice, Kate Paterson, and vocal studies teacher, Raymond Connell. Charlotte went on to learn from Margaret Schindler at Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University where she completed her Bachelor of Music (Performance) in 2024 and Diploma of languages (Italian) in June 2025. Charlotte is thrilled to have commenced her Masters in Performance (Opera) in July 2025, continuing her journey in the world of opera.

Alongside her music pursuits, Charlotte works as an Electrical Engineer and is an emerging trainer at RBB fitness studios.

Charlotte is so excited to be a part of the Chronicle Singers and is looking forward to the opportunity to work with a passionate group of voices, grow artistically, and contribute to a vibrant choral community.
