An Advent concert of hope and celebration, Come Emmanuel weaves together sacred masterpieces, beloved carols, and contemporary works in a program that journeys from the mystery of the Nativity to the joy of Christmas. Performed by The Chronicle Singers in collaboration with the Wattle and Wood Ensemble, the evening blends Poulenc, Pärt, Will Todd, and Dan Forrest with festive favourites like Ding Dong! Merrily on High and Hark! The Herald Angels Sing. With choral theatre staging and live strings, this one-night event invites Brisbane audiences to enter the season of Advent with beauty, reflection, and joy.
